ColPort started because enterprise LMS vendors don’t care about a 60-person company. We do, wherever it’s based, and we’ve built the stack to prove it.

ColPort is a small team working from the Netherlands with customers worldwide. We've spent years inside SMEs, in logistics, food retail, hospitality, and manufacturing, watching smart people waste days every month on training admin that software should handle.
We don't come from enterprise SaaS. We come from the shop floor, the kitchen, and the warehouse. Hall exists because the tools that exist don't fit how actual mid-size organisations run.

Free civic education. Open access, no fees, no ads. Because the basics of workplace rights, tax literacy, and safety shouldn't be paywalled.

Calm, not loud
Hall's UI doesn't cheerlead. It doesn't shame overdue learners. It doesn't gamify compliance. The brand voice is quiet Dutch-library elegance, because that's how grown-up workplaces work.
EU-native, not EU-adapted
Our whole stack lives in the EU. Frankfurt database. EU email. NL SMS. We didn't migrate from a US cloud, we never started there. Schrems-II compliance is architecture, not contract.
Inclusive by default
15 languages at launch, not as a paid add-on. RTL support for Arabic and Persian. WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Reduced-motion honoured. Built for the most diverse workforces on the planet.
Your data, your rules
You own every record. On termination we export everything (learning records, signed certificates, compliance evidence) and delete our copy. No hostage data, no export fees.
