Mill starts at €29/mo for Team Standard. Inn (standalone) would be priced at €49-199/mo per tier if we sold it that way (we don’t). The bundle price below is what you pay ColPort. The “separate” column is a hypothetical reconstruction.

Team Standard (Starter + Growth)
Up to 3 concurrent authors per org. AI Suggest + Draft + Refine loops. SCORM 1.2/2004 + cmi5 export. Reusable interaction templates. Auto-caption pipeline. EAA 2025 pre-flight check.
Team Pro (Enterprise)
Unlimited authors. Everything in Standard, plus branching scenarios, decision-sim authoring, a node-based builder, advanced translation review, and prompt caching for cost control on high-volume authoring.
Opting out
Can I skip Inn or Mill?
Technically yes, but the pricing doesn’t change, the bundle is a single SKU on our side. If you genuinely have no need for authoring (you run a SCORM library from a content vendor) or no need for Inn (you have an internal trainer bench), you can leave those modules hidden in your nav. We’d still encourage you to try them on a pilot quarter; most customers who initially thought they had no use for one end up using it.
Hide Mill from non-authors
Mill UI visible only to users with the AUTHOR role. If you have zero authors, Mill stays out of sight entirely.
Hide Inn in admin settings
Toggle the Inn capability pack off in /admin/settings/packs. Your experts directory disappears from the admin nav. Re-enable any time.
Keep everything but the seat price
On downgrade-consolidation conversations we always try to keep Mill + Inn visible on-brand, even if you only actively use Hall. Good for future-proofing, compounding value happens when you switch them on.
