HR webhook
Signed with HMAC-SHA256. An employee.hired event creates the account and starts onboarding.
Features
Built for the people who actually do the work
Five roles, five completely different surfaces. Every Hall user sees the tools they need and nothing they don't.
For HR
Onboarding from your HR system
Your HR system, or an integration tool in between, sends each new hire to Hall's HR webhook. Hall creates the account, sends the welcome email and runs the onboarding emails on schedule; your team assigns the learning path.
SMS tokenised learning
Blue-collar staff complete mandatory training from a single SMS link. No login. No app. Fully tracked, certificate issued on completion.
Compliance audit in one click
Full PDF audit bundle, every certificate, every attestation, every waiver, ready for any workplace-safety regulator or ISO auditor.
For L&D
Intelligence, not dashboards
L&D leaders don't need more charts. They need to know what to do next. Hall's intelligence layer tells you, in plain English.
Autonomous gap detection
Six-layer engine watches every learner interaction. Detects struggling learners, content that isn't working, and systemic skill gaps, before they show up in performance reviews.
Business-goal mapping
Link a learning path to a quarterly OKR. Hall tracks completion + weighted progress per goal. Finally a way to answer the CFO's question: did this training work?
Learning ROI metrics
Keep the numbers that matter to you against a baseline and a target, and see progress across them on one page.
For managers
Your team, at a glance
The Monday-morning email that tells you exactly what needs your attention, no dashboard dive required.
Team compliance view
Traffic-light status across every direct report. Click into any red tile to see what's missing and send a one-tap reminder.
1:1 check-in templates
Hall pre-fills recent activity, compliance status, and suggested talking points. Manager adds notes during the meeting.
Peer recognition + streaks
One-tap kudos cards. Team-scoped leaderboards. All opt-in, all private by default, no naming and shaming.
For learners
Training that respects your time
Hall's learner surface is the opposite of a corporate LMS. No 47 menu items. No 'click Next' wall of text. Just what you owe the company and a clear path through it.
My compliance, one screen
Every obligation, pending, overdue, completed, waived, in one consolidated view. Direct deep-links to the content that satisfies each item.
Works on a 3-year-old phone
PWA, offline-capable, vertical video, read-aloud, voice answers. Designed for warehouse, kitchen, and retail floor.
Patient AI tutor
Ask questions about the course content. Get explanations, examples, practice questions. Never judgemental, never pushes you to a specific answer.
For external experts
Inn, the verified expert network behind Hall
Trainers, coaches, and subject-matter experts have a profile on Inn. Search the directory, book a session, and the expert confirms it; attendees check in with a QR code.
Ratings from delivered sessions
Experts are rated by the clients who booked them, one rating per session delivered.
Promote an in-house expert
Have a senior operator or a retired veteran who still teaches? Promote them to internal expert with one click. They get an Inn profile; managers can book them the same way.
For peers
Peer learning circles, for people who run L&D alone
HR leads at 60-person organisations often don't have an L&D team to compare notes with. Inn circles fix that: small, curated peer groups who meet quarterly to share what's working and what isn't. Facilitated by ColPort. Always NDA-covered.
Curated, not open
Circles are matched by sector and size, logistics with logistics, 50-150 people with 50-150 people. You meet peers who have the same problems, not random conference strangers.
No pitches, no vendors
Circles are practitioner-only. Nobody is selling you anything. ColPort facilitates and gets out of the way.
For admins
The boring-but-critical stuff
Hash-chained audit trail
Every compliance-relevant action, waivers, attestations, certificate issuance, written to an immutable hash chain. Verifiable on demand. Admissible in inspections.
Policy library + campaigns
Versioned policy documents with timed acknowledgment sweeps. Re-ack campaign triggers automatically when you publish a new version.
Weekly digest email
What changed this week, what needs your decision, and what's expiring. Respects DND; never sends on Saturday.
