Pricing FAQ
Is this per-user or per-organisation?+
A flat monthly fee covers the included seat count (Starter 25, Growth 100, Enterprise 250). If you're over 250 we quote bespoke — that's a procurement-sized conversation anyway (SSO setup, DPA, multi-year commits, volume discount). The €0.99/seat figure on the matrix is an indicative anchor, not a rate card. Starter and Growth are flat fee with no seat overage; you move up a tier when you cross the headcount threshold.
How does the daily AI chat limit work?+
Each learner gets a fresh quota of AI conversations every day (Starter 1, Growth 3, Enterprise 3). Managers and admins get a higher daily quota (Starter 3, Growth 5, Enterprise unlimited). A 'conversation' is one user-initiated question; follow-up turns within five minutes don't count, so refining a question is free. Quotas reset at midnight in your tenant's timezone, so there's no month-end pool to manage. The autonomous AI features (gap detection, digests, scenario generation) run on the platform budget, not the per-person quota.
What happens if someone hits their daily AI limit?+
The assistant politely tells them their quota resets at midnight and suggests the same answer paths that existed before AI (course search, Inn trainer booking, the human help desk). No error screens, no broken flows. If a single person repeatedly hits the cap, your admin sees it in the Usage tile on the dashboard and can raise their personal quota or upgrade the org's tier.
What's included in onboarding?+
Every plan includes a migration session, competency matrix setup for your industry, SSO configuration, and staff training for your organisation admin. Growth and Enterprise customers also get a follow-up session at 30 days to review adoption.
Can we start on a lower plan and upgrade?+
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, no re-migration needed. We pro-rate the billing difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
What about data ownership?+
You own your data. Period. On termination we export everything as portable learning records, signed PDF certificates, and JSON (user data and compliance evidence). 30-day grace period to download before we delete.
