Every participant signs a mutual non-disclosure on joining. Specific company details, numbers, or stories stay in the circle. This is the only way honest conversation happens.

What happens to the learnings
Before any insight joins the network-intelligence pool: remove identifiers, generalise to ranges, verify 10+ organisations contributed, add differential privacy noise. Re-identification risk verified below 5% threshold.
Every circle produces a short anonymised digest, three to five themes, that every circle member keeps. Your Works Council can read it. Your board can skim it. No PII, no competitive risk.
What circles are not
No speed-dating rounds. No follow-up DMs about job openings. You meet peers to share practice, not to swap business cards.
Vendors are explicitly barred. The facilitator is a ColPort staff member; ColPort itself never sells into the circle. The whole point is commercial peace.
No attendance shaming. No forced commitments. Skip a quarter, come back the next, the circle stays warm.
Circles are included on Growth + Enterprise plans. We charge for the facilitator time and the anonymisation engineering. But nobody inside a circle pays the facilitator directly.
