Why we did not build a trainer marketplace
Marketplaces reward cheapest-slot winners. Corporate learning is the opposite problem: you want the best possible expert for a specific context, briefed by real data, accountable for outcomes. Inn was built around that dynamic.

Not a rate-cutting bidding site
Experts do not underbid each other for work. Published outcome data does the differentiation; pricing is transparent and set per-expert.
Not a reseller of certifications
We do not issue our own qualifications or credentials. Experts bring the credentials they earned elsewhere; we verify them.
Not a stand-alone product
Inn is sold bundled with ColPort Hall. We considered selling Inn by itself; the buyer experience without an LMS underneath fell flat, so we stopped.
Not a replacement for your HR function
Inn helps HR and L&D, it does not do their job. The facilitator role is deliberately light-touch.
